Account & Data Deletion
Delete your LearniverseED account
Request deletion from inside LearniverseED or by contacting Horsehead Nebulabs Studios.
In the app
Open LearniverseED, go to Edit profile, then choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion message to remove your account and associated data.
From the web
Email support@learniverseed.com with the subject "LearniverseED account deletion request". Include the email or user ID connected to the account when available.
Data deleted
Account deletion removes the information connected to your LearniverseED account, including your profile, sign-in link, gameplay history, quiz records, scores, challenges, coins, power-ups, unlocks, day passes, and rewarded ad records.
Possible limited retention
Some records may remain for a limited time only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or operational reasons. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
What happens next
Deletion is permanent. After deletion, you lose access to your progress, coins, power-ups, day passes, challenge history, and unlocked content. If you return later, a new account may be created.
